So today..
Did a 4,4,2,2,4,4 minute run with 2,2,1,1,2 minute walks inbetween.
Started on a 3 km marked route in the woods near my house, more with the idea to see how far this schedule would take me on it. Guess what it takes me all the way and further
The first few times i started running straight from my house for 2 or 3 minutes walk a bit and run some more..
After reding a few websites on running i changed that to walking to the woods (about 4 minutes).
The first 4 minute run is (like 2 days ago) the hardest after that running seems easyer.
